POLICIES

PAYMENT - Full payment is due upon enrollment, cash, check, Visa and Mastercard accepted.
CANCELLATION – West Sound Conservatory (WSC) reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule courses to adjust for enrollment. If it is necessary to cancel a class for any reason, a full refund will be processed.
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND - Failure to attend the course or provide written notification of withdrawal two weeks in advance will result in a forfeit of the entire course tuition. Those who provide written notice two weeks in advance of withdrawal will receive a refund of tuition, less the materials fee. No refunds can be given to participants who elect to withdraw from a class once it has begun.
POLICIES - WSC reserves the right to change workshop instructors when necessary. WSC reserves the right to refuse enrollment to participants with a history of unacceptable behavior or to expel a student from a class in which he or she is already enrolled for unacceptable behavior.
